Legal Counsel (SaaS/Data)

What you will do

• Act as the first-level legal advisor to the Hospitality Travel Intelligence business unit across the full product lifecycle.
• Draft and negotiate SaaS, data licensing, data distribution, technology partner, Data as a Service, and other commercial agreements.
• Advise senior business and product stakeholders on product launches, go-to-market strategies, strategic partnerships, and commercial risks.
• Lead coordination of data governance, privacy, regulatory, compliance, and risk-management matters with internal specialist teams.
• Maintain and update contract templates, online terms and conditions, policies, and negotiation guidelines as products and regulations evolve.
• Conduct legal research, due diligence, legal training, process improvement, and other Hospitality legal projects.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 10+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong experience with commercial, IT, SaaS, or data-related contracts.
• Background in a law firm and/or in-house legal environment, including complex negotiations and stakeholder management.
• Solid understanding of SaaS, data governance, regulatory frameworks, and data privacy.
• Strong drafting, analytical, communication, prioritization, and multitasking skills in a global environment.
• Fluent English required; a law degree is required, while an LLM and an additional European language are advantages.
