Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid work with days determined between home and the office

What you will do
- Act as an independent second-line expert on data protection and compliance risk management.
- Advise, monitor, and challenge risks related to the process of personal data and ensure quality of local-impact assessments.
- Implement Group compliance risk frameworks, standards, policies, processes, and controls at entity level.
- Assess the design and effectiveness of first-line controls and oversee compliance risk profiles.
- Report compliance risks and monitor results to local and global risk functions.
- Develop train plans, deliver employee train, and raise awareness of data protection and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Advanced academic degree with technical or disciplinary expertise and management knowledge.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in compliance, data protection, risk management, audit, or another control function.
- Fluent written and spoken English required.
- Strong communication, influenc, critical think, stakeholder collaboration, and data-based decision-mak skills.
- Ability to apply risk considerations to new processes, technologies, and innovations and support change at a rapid pace.
