What you will do

• Act as an independent second-line expert on data protection and compliance risks related to personal-data processhirify.global.
• Advise, monitor, and challenge processhirify.global activities with local impact.
• Implement hirify.global Group compliance risk-management frameworks, standards, policies, processes, and controls.
• Assess the design and effectiveness of first-line controls and oversee entity-level compliance risk profiles.
• Report compliance risks and monitorhirify.global results to local and global risk functions.
• Develop trainhirify.global plans and educate management and employees on data protection and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Advanced academic degree with technical, disciplinary, or management proficiency.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in compliance, data protection, risk management, audithirify.global, or another control function.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, critical-thinkhirify.global, influenchirify.global, collaboration, and decision-makhirify.global skills.
• Ability to apply risk considerations to new processes, technologies, areas, and innovations.
