Focus on designing scalable governance frameworks, executing corporate transactions, and coordinating annual general meetings and post-closing integration.

Location: On-site in Stockholm, Sweden

hirify.global is a fast-scaling health-tech company building a clinician-focused platform with medical notes and workflows that support patient care.

What you will do

  • Own and continuously develop the delegation of authority framework.
  • Design, implement, and administer equity and incentive programs.
  • Manage shareholder matters, corporate records, and ownership documentation across the group.
  • Advise leadership and Finance on investor relations, shareholder communications, governance, and ownership matters.
  • Lead legal execution of annual general meetings and other corporate governance processes.
  • Lead legal workstreams for equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, transaction execution, and post-closing integration.

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience practising corporate law.
  • Experience at a leading law firm, ideally advising growth companies, private equity, or venture-backed businesses.
  • Strong expertise in corporate governance, shareholder matters, and corporate transactions.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English.
  • Pragmatic, commercially minded approach with strong risk assessment and stakeholder management skills.
  • Structured, hands-on, and independent working style with strong ownership and attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting equity financing rounds, incentive programs, and M&A transactions.
