What you will do

• Coordinate complex interview schedules across candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Support candidates from the first interaction through onboarding.
• Welcome and assist candidates during onsite interviews.
• Partner with the People team to deliver a consistent candidate experience.
• Improve recruiting processes and ensure hiring interactions reflect the organization’s standards.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must meet applicable ITAR requirements for access to controlled space technology and technical data.
• Ability to coordinate recruiting activities and complex interview schedules.
• Ability to collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and the People team.
• Satisfactory completion of reference and background checks is required.
