What you will do

• Lead daily manufacturing operations and execute production plans to meet production, quality, delivery, safety, and productivity targets.
• Optimize manpower, equipment utilization, and production resources while supporting ramp-up and stable operations.
• Improve OEE, yield, efficiency, throughput, cycle time, scrap rate, and labor productivity.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, standardized work, waste reduction, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures, quality standards, EHS policies, and safe work practices.
• Lead supervisors, technicians, and operators while partnering with Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience, including 3–5 years of people leadership experience.
• Experience leading production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and managing production operations, workforce planning, and execution.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, OEE, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Experience supporting NPI, production ramp-up, process changes, production transfers, and continuous improvement projects.
• Fluent English communication skills required.
