Site Operation Coordinator (Manufacturing): Coordinating end-to-end site operations, PMO priorities, and process improvement initiatives across production, quality, engineering, facilities, and EHS with an accent on Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and shop-floor execution. Focus on eliminating non-value-added activities, facilitating Point Kaizen, aligning operational excellence projects with business goals, and supporting plant-level decision-making.

What you will do
- Coordinate site PMO and decision-board priorities, translating business strategy into operational initiatives.
- Align resources across Production, Quality, Continuous Improvement Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Facilities and Equipment, and EHS from project prioritization through closeout.
- Lead projects that eliminate shop-floor non-value-added activities using Lean and Six Sigma methods, including 5S, VSM, and Standard Work.
- Facilitate shop-floor engagement and Point Kaizen activities, including campaigns, submissions, reviews, and reward programs.
- Drive Operational Excellence implementation and integrate relevant corporate best practices into local processes.
- Support the Plant Manager’s decision-making and may progress into operational excellence or production leadership after demonstrated success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Manufacturing Engineering or a related engineering field.
- At least 7 years of manufacturing experience with strong shop-floor leadership and hands-on operational involvement.
- Demonstrated delivery of process improvement initiatives and expertise in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, PMO, Operational Excellence, and Production Management.
- Extensive experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills for collaboration with global teams and stakeholders.
- Strong flexibility, resilience, logical reasoning, problem-solving, project management, data analysis, influence, self-direction, and goal orientation.
Nice to have
- Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent Lean and Six Sigma certification.
