Production Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: hirify.global Thailand, Navanakorn – Pathum Thani; work in a manufacturing and production floor environment.

What you will do

• Lead daily production operations to achieve output, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and efficiency targets.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Warehouse, HR, and other cross-functional teams to support production planning and customer demand.
• Lead, coach, and develop Production Supervisors and production teams, including performance management, engagement, talent development, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety, EHS, quality systems, manufacturing regulations, RBA, ISO standards, company policies, SOPs, work instructions, and customer requirements.
• Support internal, external, and customer audits and drive corrective and preventive action closure.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, productivity improvement, waste reduction, cost optimization, root cause analysis, automation, process improvement, and operational transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 3–5 years in a leadership or production management role.
• Strong leadership, people management, decision-making, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of production planning, manufacturing processes, quality systems, and EHS standards.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Good command of English communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in electronics manufacturing, semiconductor, automotive, or another high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting RBA and ISO compliance activities and audits.
