Finance Manager – Global Engineering FP&A (Technology)

Location: New York, NY; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $125,000–$130,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Lead the engineering and segment technology labor Center of Excellence, including planning and forecasting for more than 2,000 engineering FTEs, contractors, and deferred labor.
• Own end-to-end AWS forecasting and collaborate on software, data center, mainframe, and private cloud expense planning.
• Prepare and present monthly reporting, forecast packages, annual operating plans, and strategic plan presentations.
• Manage technology investment reporting, initiative-level tracking, and investment templates for capital programs.
• Partner with senior Engineering, Technology, Finance, Accounting, and CP&A leaders to evaluate initiatives and quantify financial impacts.
• Lead monthly close activities, deferred labor reporting, process optimization, automation, and reporting improvements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Expert Excel skills and proficiency with TM1, Anaplan, or similar financial planning and reporting systems.
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Experience leading complex planning processes and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA is preferred.
