What you will do

• Develop and manage water chemistry programs for systems involving cooling systems, pipelines, and heat exchangers.
• Select and evaluate alloys and other materials for engineering projects and specific operating conditions.
• Assess materials compatibility with water chemistry requirements and operating environments.
• Evaluate corrosion resistance, erosion, and chemical reactions affecting material performance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to integrate materials and processes into new technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in material selection and water chemistry management in relevant industrial settings.
• Understanding of industry standards and regulations related to materials selection and water chemistry.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and adapt to a dynamic engineering technology environment.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
