TL;DR
Product Manager (Quantum Computing): Managing operational delivery for quantum hardware products from validated requirements through development, industrialisation and commercialisation with an accent on feature definition, cross-functional coordination and launch readiness. Focus on communicating photonic, cryogenic and networking architectures, maintaining Jira backlog integrity, and supporting complex customer projects and pre-sales activities.
Location: Geneva, Switzerland office, with the option to work remotely two days per week. Travel up to 10%.

What you will do
- Own product operations and operational delivery across the full product lifecycle, from validated requirements through development, industrialisation, commercialisation and launch.
- Define features, requirements and acceptance criteria; coordinate engineering handovers, validate delivery and maintain product data integrity.
- Drive alignment across Engineering, Industrialisation, Production, Marketing and Sales while removing blockers and coordinating timely delivery.
- Manage non-standard customer and sales opportunities, including feasibility assessment, configuration decisions, exception documentation and traceability.
- Prepare products for launch through documentation, training, pricing and sales enablement, while maintaining an accurate and prioritised Jira backlog.
- Represent products in customer discussions, pre-sales meetings, technical conversations and trade shows.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, Photonics, Microengineering or a related technical discipline.
- Ability to understand and reason about complex hardware products involving photonics, cryogenics and networking technologies.
- Strong technical, commercial and customer-facing communication skills, including experience with pre-sales meetings and trade shows.
- Knowledge of manufacturing environments, industrialisation constraints, production realities and supply chain considerations.
- Advanced Jira expertise, including workflow configuration, automation rules and custom field management.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and autonomous decision-making skills in an environment of uncertainty.
