What you will do

• Serve as primary contact for post-launch product management of Luxembourg funds including evergreen private markets funds.
• Coordinate new share class launches and amendments to offering materials with regulatory approvals and investor consents.
• Manage production and compliance sign-off of fund marketing materials and timely dissemination to stakeholders.
• Respond to due diligence questionnaires and oversee fund-level RFPs coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Handle AML/KYC processes with service providers and manage governance documentation and legal coordination.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure seamless fund servicing and governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant field.
• 2–4 years experience in product management, fund servicing, or related roles in alternative investments or asset management.
• Experience with Luxembourg fund structures and evergreen funds preferred.
• Strong understanding of alternative investment fund lifecycle and operations.
• Proficiency in English required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with strong organizational and analytical skills.
