Product Manager (AI)

Location: Lausanne, Switzerland. Hybrid work model balancing office and remote work, with a structured approach for new hires. A relocation package is available for people coming from another country.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product delivery for parts of the AI-native Workspace product, from problem definition and discovery through release and iteration.
• Conduct customer research, synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights, and translate findings into prioritized product opportunities.
• Document feature requirements and user stories so engineering has clear direction on what to build and why.
• Lead agile ceremonies with the engineering and design product trio, including sprint planning, standups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and demos.
• Coordinate launches with Design, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Define feature success metrics, track post-release outcomes, and represent the customer within the product team.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of Product Manager experience in a B2B SaaS company, working closely with engineering teams in an agile environment.
• Experience with AI-powered product features or products.
• Ability to drive product delivery independently from discovery and prioritization through release.
• Strong customer discovery skills, including interviews and qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
• Excellent collaboration, written communication, verbal communication, organization, and ownership skills.
• Professional-level English, spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Experience with Digital Employee Experience, IT operations, or enterprise workplace technology products.
• UX thinking experience or experience working in a PM, designer, and engineer product trio.
• Knowledge of agile frameworks and product discovery methods such as continuous discovery and JTBD.
