Account Sales-AI/AR+Waveguide-Shanghai (AI/AR)

Location: Shanghai, China. Travel required 50% of the time. Relocation eligible.

What you will do

• Own assigned customer accounts and represent customer needs internally across sales-oriented activities.
• Identify customer needs and develop and implement complex sales strategies.
• Present products, services, capabilities, and product roadmaps to customers.
• Coordinate customer demonstrations with product business group representatives.
• Prepare pricing quotes, negotiate final prices, and submit order-booking documentation.
• Maintain customer coverage, visit summaries, action plans, and accounts receivable follow-up.

Requirements

• Deep or broad expertise in a specialized discipline or field.
• Ability to interpret business challenges and recommend practices that improve products, processes, or services.
• Experience leading others in solving complex problems and applying analytical judgment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to influence different points of view.
• Ability to work in Shanghai, China and travel 50% of the time.
