GSET FPGA Engineer (Ultra Low Latency Trading)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain a high-performance, high-availability FPGA platform for equities trading.
• Implement the platform ecosystem and order management workflows.
• Write highly performant code and optimize its interaction with trading hardware and infrastructure.
• Participate in requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and monitoring execution quality.
• Collaborate with engineering colleagues across New York, London, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Singapore, and Stockholm.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a similar engineering field.
• Extensive experience with SystemVerilog or a similar hardware description language.
• Experience creating testbenches to validate HDL code through simulation.
• Strong understanding of computer networks, including Ethernet and TCP/IP.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with ModelSim.
