Senior Technical Program Manager, Data (iGaming)

Location: Boston, MA, United States

Salary: USD 145,600–182,000 per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable.

What you will do

• Own the data app strategy and roadmap for the Sportsbook Trading vertical.
• Translate business challenges into technical solutions, requirements, acceptance criteria, and actionable plans.
• Drive cross-functional execution by managing dependencies, surfacing risks, aligning stakeholders, and tracking outcomes.
• Establish delivery standards and scalable processes that help Engineering teams move efficiently.
• Champion AI adoption by developing AI agents, reusable skills, and AI-powered workflows for Data, Engineering, and Analytics.
• Monitor production systems, support incident triage, document solutions, and mentor junior TPMs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Product Manager, Engineering Lead, or in a similar role within a data-intensive environment.
• Deep Sportsbook or iGaming expertise, including experience supporting Trading, Sportsbook, Gaming, or related functions.
• Experience building and deploying AI agents, automation solutions, or reusable skills that improve productivity, delivery, or decision-making.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data analysis, modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Sigma, data pipelines, ETL, and data architecture.
• Strong technical communication, cross-functional leadership, organization, and stakeholder alignment skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a technical field.
• Experience with Kafka or real-time streaming technologies.
