Technical Project Manager – Retail Data & AI Products

What you will do

• Define and drive the enterprise data transformation vision, roadmap, governance frameworks, and execution plans.
• Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale data programs, including data platforms, lakes, pipelines, and AI initiatives.
• Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and value realization across the program portfolio.
• Coordinate engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders while communicating progress and business impact to senior executives.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering on architecture, data pipelines, platform roadmaps, and scalable reusable capabilities.
• Establish testing, UAT, observability, data quality, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI governance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of program management experience in data, analytics, or enterprise technology.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex, cross-functional data programs at scale.
• Strong understanding of data lakes, warehouses, pipelines, distributed systems, and architecture principles.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery models and program management tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, executive communication, strategic thinking, and cross-functional influence.

Nice to have

• Experience in finance or broking insurance.
• Exposure to Azure, Databricks, Spark, Kafka, Snowflake, and AI/ML platforms and workflows.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Experience with data governance, compliance, FinOps, and large-scale enterprise transformations.
