Senior Manager, Paid Social (Ecommerce)

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid work model with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home

Salary: $110,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Set annual paid social strategies and oversee campaigns from briefing through execution and optimization.
• Manage campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Reddit.
• Establish learning agendas, measurement capabilities, and performance reporting.
• Execute full-funnel plans focused on brand awareness, consumer consideration, and new customer acquisition.
• Monitor advertising formats, channels, and cultural trends to identify growth and commerce opportunities.
• Partner with Creative, Influencer, and commercial teams while mentoring junior paid social team members.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of paid social experience on the agency or brand side.
• At least 2 years of experience managing a team.
• Expertise in paid social platforms and tools, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Proficient data analysis and interpretation skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize competing demands, and make informed decisions.
