What you will do

• Own campaign strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and Pinterest across the full marketing funnel.
• Build, launch, and optimize daily campaigns including audiences, creative rotations, and bidding strategies.
• Design and execute structured tests for creative and audiences to shape the testing roadmap.
• Utilize AI to automate reporting and accelerate analysis through repeatable workflows.
• Measure performance against incrementality and platform-reported results.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and finance teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on paid social buying for direct response campaigns.
• Deep expertise in Meta; experience with Pinterest and Reddit strongly preferred.
• Experience managing large investments ($10M+) across multiple markets.
• Proven ability to build AI-driven workflows, automations, and agents.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, performance KPIs, and measurement fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data-informed reporting.
