GTM Engineer/1st Growth (AI)

What you will do

• Own and architect the top-of-funnel system that generates outbound pipeline.
• Operationalize intent signals across hundreds of accounts and route the right signals to representatives at the right time.
• Develop a dynamic ICP, account-tiering, and territory model across the UK, France, and the Nordics.
• Build AI agents for account research, inbound qualification, and data enrichment within the GTM motion.
• Create reporting on calls-to-discovery, sequence efficacy, signal-to-pipeline conversion, and territory performance.
• Define the roadmap and build the growth function from scratch in partnership with the Global Head of GTM.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in growth or revenue operations engineering at a scaling B2B SaaS company.
• Previous experience building, shipping, and instrumenting GTM systems from scratch at early-stage companies.
• Strong focus on pipeline and revenue outcomes rather than only workflows or tools shipped.
• Technical proficiency, including the ability to read API documentation and build integrations independently.
• Systems-oriented approach to funnels, signal quality, attribution, and intent data.
• Ability to operate independently and make decisions in an ambiguous environment.

Nice to have

• Experience as a founder or early-stage operator who built a company’s GTM stack.
• Experience in analytics engineering with a GTM focus.
• Experience shipping AI agents in production.
