GTM Engineer (B2B SaaS)

Location: United States; remote

Salary: $120,000–$160,000 per year, plus equity and bonus

What you will do

• Own the scaled outbound motion and build workflows for personalized, high-volume outreach.
• Work closely with the Chief Growth Officer to optimize GTM processes and generate pipeline.
• Integrate modern GTM tools and create no-code and low-code automations.
• Leverage evergreen buying signals and public-sector data for targeted outreach.
• Apply scaled outbound strategies and deliverability best practices.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience managing GTM workflows at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience with tools such as Clay, Claude Code, Trigger.dev, Smartlead, HeyReach, or n8n.
• Ability to integrate systems and build no-code or low-code automations.
• Familiarity with scaled outbound strategies and deliverability best practices.
• Must be based in the United States.
