GTM Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Map the essential service total addressable market across the United States.
• Develop, test, and monitor intent signals against the company database.
• Help define the technology stack and build scalable internal tools, workflows, and automations for sales and marketing.
• Enable marketers and sellers to use AI more effectively and apply GTM engineering principles to customer systems.
• Build a customer-conversation feedback loop and analyze usage data to inform top-of-funnel campaigns and messaging.
• Contribute across the business as the team scales.

Requirements

• 3+ years in GTM engineering, sales, growth, revenue operations, or marketing operations.
• On-site work in San Francisco, United States.
• Technical foundations, including the ability to write code and design scalable system architectures.
• Strong business intuition and experience improving important owned metrics.
• Curiosity, ownership, resilience, and the ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales and internal partners.
