Location: Hybrid, 4 days onsite in San Francisco, California

What you will do

• Build and execute sourcing strategies for open roles across the organization.
• Identify, engage, and qualify passive candidates through outbound outreach.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to clarify role requirements and refine sourcing criteria.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline statuses in Ashby.
• Track sourcing metrics, including response rates, pipeline conversion, and contributions to time-to-fill.
• Support candidate experience from initial outreach through recruiter handoff.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sourcing experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Strong written communication skills for candidate outreach.
• Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strings.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple open roles and pipelines simultaneously.
• Self-starter comfortable working with ambiguity, tight timelines, and a temporary engagement with clear deliverables.
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco 4 days per week.
