What you will do

• Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents tailored to customer requirements across finance, healthcare, legal, operations, retail, and telecommunications.
• Collaborate with the research team to expand model reasoning capabilities and add new domains of expertise.
• Work directly with customers to iterate on implementations and translate feedback into platform improvements.
• Build evaluation frameworks for testing agent performance and reliability across edge cases.
• Create reusable patterns and tools for deploying agents in new domains.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with a record of shipping production systems.
• Strong Python skills.
• Familiarity with modern AI agent development.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Solutions Engineer or Forward Deployed Engineer.
• Interest in building agentic systems and exploring advanced AI capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous environments and translate customer needs into technical solutions.
