Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

Location: On-site in hirify.global's Brooklyn, New York office

Salary: $140,000–$220,000 per year, plus 0.1%–0.9% equity and a Brooklyn housing subsidy

hirify.global builds secure AI action and agent platforms for custom workflows used by institutions in healthcare, technology, robotics, cybersecurity, finance, and other domains.

What you will do

• Embed directly with customer organizations to deliver critical outcomes and high-stakes technical projects.
• Own end-to-end execution independently or in small teams, with responsibilities similar to those of a startup CTO.
• Work with leaders and end users to understand complex problems and iterate on approaches and code.
• Turn customer learnings into improvements to hirify.global's core AI product.
• Build secure, governed solutions for complex operational workflows.

Requirements

• Technical, curious, analytical, and capable of developing the right product for user problems.
• Comfort working independently and taking ownership of major technical and business outcomes.
• Ability to navigate real-world complexity, ambiguity, and messy customer environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with leaders and end users.
• Willingness to work in person in Brooklyn, New York.
