Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

Location: On-site at hirify.global's office in Brooklyn, New York

Salary: $140,000–$220,000 per year, plus 0.1%–0.9% equity and a Brooklyn housing subsidy.

What you will do

• Embed directly with customer organizations to deliver critical outcomes and solve high-stakes technical problems.
• Own end-to-end execution of projects independently or in small teams.
• Work with leaders and end users to understand their needs and iterate on approaches and code.
• Develop the right products and solutions for complex, ambiguous real-world problems.
• Translate customer learnings into improvements to hirify.global's core AI workflow product.

• Technical, curious, analytical, and creative approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of major technical and business outcomes.
• Comfort working with real-world complexity, ambiguity, and changing requirements.
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for collaborating with organizational leaders and end users.
