Chief of Staff

Location: San Francisco, United States; on-site. Visa sponsorship is available, with relocation support to the United States for eligible candidates.

What you will do

• Work closely with the CEO across strategy, recruiting, operations, fundraising, culture, and other core business functions.
• Take ownership of major parts of the CEO’s role and improve the quality of execution across the company.
• Lead recruiting and identify high-quality talent using strong judgment and talent intuition.
• Support investor relations, internal communications, brand, and company culture.
• Drive special projects, modeling and analytics, and company goal-setting.
• Adapt priorities as the company’s largest operational gaps and growth needs change.

Requirements

• Strategically sharp, highly ambitious, and extremely reliable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the company as the CEO would.
• High attention to detail, strong people skills, and the ability to manage up.
• Strong talent radar, intuition, judgment, and the ability to make effective subjective or aesthetic decisions.
• Low or medium ego, high emotional intelligence, and a passion for health.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco or relocate to the United States with available support.

Nice to have

• Background in venture capital or as a founder.
• Experience with modeling, analytics, investor relations, recruiting, or special projects.
