Chief of Staff (Operations)

What you will do

• Act as a force multiplier for founders by managing high-leverage, cross-functional initiatives across sales, recruiting, and finance.
• Run the company's operating rhythm, including leadership meetings, business reviews, and quarterly planning.
• Translate high-level strategy into actionable workstreams and ensure follow-through on critical decisions.
• Build analytical frameworks for major strategic decisions such as pricing, market entry, and competitive positioning.
• Progressively take ownership of internal operations with the goal of formally leading the function as VP of Operations within 12-18 months.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience in a Chief of Staff, BizOps, Strategy, or high-growth startup leadership role.
• Strong structured thinking and ability to turn ambiguity into clear, actionable project plans.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for creating decision memos and leadership updates.
• Extreme ownership mindset with a preference for building scalable processes over fighting fires.
• Low-ego approach with the ability to handle both high-level strategy and tactical execution.
