Marketing Operations Specialist (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Own and optimize marketing tools, integrations, workflows, systems, and processes.
• Maintain dashboards, data flows, and campaign setup across campaigns and funnel stages.
• Work across CRM, marketing automation, ABM, and analytics platforms.
• Build, test, execute, and monitor email campaigns and automated nurture programs.
• Support lead scoring, routing, segmentation, and data-quality processes.
• Partner with marketing, sales operations, and technology teams to improve processes and integrations.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, revenue operations, or a similar role.
• At least 2 years of experience in a software company.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for analysis, automation, reporting, research, or productivity.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms; HubSpot and Salesforce are advantageous.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and a basic understanding of data management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• SaaS or cybersecurity experience.
• Familiarity with 6sense or other ABM platforms.
• Curiosity about new tools and technologies.
