What you will do

• Coordinate export trafficking functions, data entry, and document distribution for customer shipments.
• Process shipment orders, verify documentation against US Customs requirements, coordinate cargo availability, and arrange pickup and delivery.
• Prepare export declarations and related Bills of Lading for ocean exports.
• Coordinate the outbound movement of international freight shipments.
• Monitor shipment status and performance reports, identify non-conformances, and provide proactive updates.
• Establish rates and services with third-party carriers while supporting billing, accounting, and RFI/RFQ activities.

Requirements

• Experience or knowledge in export logistics and international freight coordination.
• Ability to process shipping documents and verify compliance with US Customs requirements.
• Knowledge of ocean export documentation, including export declarations and Bills of Lading.
• Ability to maintain accurate records, monitor operational standards, and communicate shipment information promptly.
• Some knowledge of interpreting Letters of Credit is an asset.
