What you will do

  • Support customs and transport operations across Romania, Ukraine, and Bulgaria.
  • Coordinate with customs brokers, forwarding companies, local teams, authorities, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage import, export, and transit procedures during project execution.
  • Review customs documentation and support compliance with applicable customs regulations.
  • Provide operational support and facilitate communication across international, cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in customs, transport, logistics, or freight forwarding.
  • Knowledge of import/export procedures, customs documentation, trade compliance, and EU-East customs regulations.
  • Experience working with customs brokers, forwarding companies, or industrial projects.
  • Fluent English and fluent Ukrainian or Russian required.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Nice to have

  • Romanian language skills.
