Senior Operations Associate, Food Access

Salary: $105,400–$155,000 USD annually, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Support Project DASH and hirify.global’s food access priorities across the US and internationally.
• Manage the health of the food access partner portfolio and build trusted partner relationships.
• Manage funding programs supporting partners’ home delivery initiatives.
• Develop new delivery operations and strategic food access partnerships for international partners.
• Analyze the food access portfolio using SQL and AI agents, identify trends, and escalate issues.
• Represent hirify.global at external events and in media while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in operations, logistics, partner management, program management, consulting, strategy, or a related field.
• Experience managing and improving operations and logistics for complex real-world processes.
• Structured problem-solving skills and the ability to use SQL for data analysis and decision-making.
• Ability to prioritize effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
• Clear, empathetic communication with partners, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders.
• Passion for broadening food access; nonprofit-sector experience is not required.
