Junior Account Logistics Manager (Art Logistics)

What you will do

• Own a portfolio of shipments end-to-end, from quoting through delivery.
• Book FedEx and DHL services, select appropriate shipping options, and resolve courier issues.
• Process exports, including ITN generation, and coordinate air cargo exports with freight forwarders and destination agents.
• Coordinate US imports with origin agents, customs brokers, last-mile truckers, and white-glove delivery providers.
• Manage shipment incidents, communicate professionally with clients, and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain email and transportation systems, answer incoming calls, prepare standard quotes, and suggest process improvements.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or professional in a first or second career role.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and ability to manage multiple shipments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, hands-on, ambitious, and able to work with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new concepts, tools, and technologies in a fast-paced, target-driven, team-oriented environment.
