Construction Site Manager (Data Center)

Location: Must be willing to travel and live where the work is (US-based role)

Salary: $143,000 – $250,000

What you will do

• Own the field operations across an entire site, managing all superintendents, trades, and shifts.
• Develop and execute site logistics plans, including laydown, crane operations, and access management.
• Balance manpower weekly to ensure the critical path remains the best-staffed path.
• Enforce a rigorous site-wide safety culture with full stop-work authority.
• Drive construction velocity to deliver gigawatts of compute capacity faster than industry standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US and willing to travel/live on-site.
• Proven experience as a top field authority on $500M+ projects involving multiple GCs or dozens of trades.
• Expertise in building site logistics plans for congested, fast-track construction environments.
• Ability to enforce safety protocols and maintain schedules under high-pressure conditions.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing large, complex industrial teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with data center or industrial mega-projects.
• Background in multi-GC coordination.
• Experience working in both union and open-shop environments.
