Director, People Analytics (AI)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $184,000–$230,000 USD per year, plus bonus, equity, and applicable benefits

What you will do

• Transform People Analytics into a strategic, predictive, and AI-enabled capability that supports organizational decisions and measurable business outcomes.
• Define and execute the function’s vision, operating model, multi-year roadmap, adoption plans, and success metrics.
• Build and lead a high-performing People Analytics team with scalable capabilities, standards, and accountable ways of working.
• Drive adoption of analytics, predictive insights, AI-enabled solutions, and new processes across the People organization.
• Partner with senior leaders to address complex talent and organizational challenges through data-driven recommendations and solution design.
• Modernize analytics products, reporting, data foundations, and governance with People Technology and Enterprise Analytics teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in People Analytics, Analytics, Strategy, Consulting, Organizational Effectiveness, or a related field.
• Experience leading teams, functions, transformation initiatives, or organizational change in complex organizations.
• Experience building operating models, governance structures, and scalable capabilities.
• Strong understanding of People Analytics, predictive analytics, AI-enabled analytics, and organizational decision support.
• Strong executive presence, communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• A gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency may be required as a condition of employment.
