Director, Client Analytics Partnerships (AI)

Location: United States; remote-first, with priority for candidates based in the Eastern or Central US to support regular in-person collaboration with key clients.

Base salary: $179,679–$247,059 USD annually, plus potential bonuses, commissions, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead and grow the Client Analytics Partners team and define the vision for strategic measurement delivery.
• Transform client analytics from reporting into an advisory practice focused on measurement, experimentation, and business outcomes.
• Develop measurement strategies, success metrics, testing plans, learning agendas, and scalable maturity frameworks for clients.
• Own analytics strategy across B2B, Commerce, Political, Enterprise, and HoldCo growth verticals.
• Build repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and consulting practices that improve client outcomes and organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Reporting Architecture, Data Architecture, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to shape measurement capabilities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading analytics, measurement, consulting, or client strategy teams.
• Deep expertise in digital measurement, experimentation, attribution, marketing analytics, and performance measurement.
• Experience building and scaling high-performing organizations through leadership, coaching, and mentorship.
• Strong business acumen and experience advising senior executives on complex business challenges.
• Expertise in Enterprise, B2B, Commerce, Ecommerce, HoldCos, or similar industries, or the ability to quickly develop subject-matter expertise.
• AI fluency, a builder’s mindset, and a collaborative leadership style.
