hirify.global is building an AI-native Finance OS for enterprise companies, connecting finance, procurement, operations, payments, and approval workflows.

What you will do

• Build an AI-enabled operating system that helps the Sales team execute consistently and hit revenue targets predictably.
• Identify manual work performed by AEs, BDRs, and GTM leadership.
• Determine where sales work can be automated or augmented through AI.
• Build lightweight AI agents and workflows using the existing infrastructure and connectivity layer.
• Develop, test, and iterate solutions independently to improve sales execution and win rates.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to understand root causes behind messy or repetitive workflows.
• AI-native mindset with a focus on automating or augmenting human work.
• Experience prompting and building lightweight agents or workflows; engineering experience is not required.
• Commercial understanding of AEs, BDRs, qualification, pipeline, forecasting, coaching, and revenue generation.
• Analytical, independent, and comfortable solving ambiguous cross-functional problems.
• Relevant experience may include 2–3 years in GTM, Revenue, or Sales Operations, Strategy and Operations, BizOps, an early-stage startup, a Founder’s Associate role, or consulting followed by startup operations.
