Recruiting Coordinator

Location: New York, NY; hybrid with a 4–5 day onsite requirement

What you will do

• Own interview scheduling across multiple teams and time zones and support a smooth candidate experience.
• Serve as the primary candidate contact throughout the interview process.
• Manage job postings, candidate statuses, interview feedback, schedules, and materials in the ATS.
• Support offer logistics, reference checks, and coordination with HR or People Operations.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels; conduct initial outreach and screening conversations.
• Build talent pipelines, track sourcing activity, analyze recruiting metrics, and improve recruiting processes and candidate communications.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or a related role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Ashby, LinkedIn, and Juicebox.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice to have

• Experience sourcing for technical, sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in high-growth or startup environments.
• Interest in developing toward a full-cycle recruiter role.
• Comfort working with data, metrics, or process optimization.
