What you will do

• Source and engage passive and active talent across LinkedIn and other channels for technical, product, and business roles.
• Schedule high-volume interviews across multiple time zones and stakeholders with precision.
• Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies, providing feedback and ensuring alignment with hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive candidate records within the ATS.
• Identify and implement improvements to recruiting workflows and scheduling processes.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to refine sourcing strategies and candidate quality.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or talent acquisition support.
• Proven expertise in high-volume interview scheduling and complex logistics management.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, and ATS platforms (Ashby preferred).
• Must be based in the US to support remote operations.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with candidates, hiring teams, and external partners.
