Customer Success Manager, Contractor Engagement (Fintech)

What you will do

• Onboard new contractor partners and accelerate adoption of hirify.global’s payment solutions.
• Grow consumer loan volume across an assigned merchant and contractor portfolio.
• Provide merchant orientation, ongoing training, and quarterly or annual business reviews.
• Develop sales initiatives to increase partner productivity and revenue.
• Identify trends and proactively address risks of partner churn.
• Provide timely support to build contractor loyalty and a strong customer experience.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
• At least 2 years of sales and/or relationship management experience, preferably in channel sales.
• Proven success in a quota-bearing position.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Ability to identify problems and provide compelling solutions for contractors.
• English is required; availability to work outside normal hours when partner support is needed.
