Mission Delivery Manager (Autonomous Maritime Systems)

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark. Candidates must be authorized to work in Denmark. hirify.global Denmark does not sponsor work or residence permits. The position requires access to classified information and obtaining and maintaining personnel security clearance through the Danish Security and Intelligence Service (PET).

hirify.global develops and operates autonomous unmanned surface vehicles for maritime defense, national security, force projection, and commercial applications.

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and manage autonomous maritime missions from preparation through execution.
• Monitor drone performance, navigation, weather exposure, payload health, and operational status.
• Support or conduct drone piloting in accordance with company procedures, training, and maritime standards.
• Manage customer relationships, align mission objectives, provide operational updates, and support customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Coast Guard, Port Captains, VTS, fleet captains, and other external stakeholders on permissions, deployments, and recoveries.
• Document mission procedures, report vehicle performance issues, and provide feedback to Product and R&D teams.

Requirements

• Experience in maritime operations, autonomous systems, defense, aerospace, or complex technical operations.
• Working knowledge of navigation, COLREGs, and maritime safety practices.
• Hands-on experience with mission monitoring, drone operations, or piloting responsibilities.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, account management, stakeholder coordination, command-and-control, operations centers, or real-time mission environments.
• Ability to prioritize, troubleshoot, make sound decisions, and translate mission requirements into actionable operational plans.
• Authorization to work in Denmark and eligibility to obtain and maintain a Danish personnel security clearance are required.
