What you will do

• Plan factory capital expenditure based on loading forecasts and monitor budget control, capital utilization, and efficiency.
• Lead productivity, cost-saving, cycle-time, and MMR improvement projects.
• Analyze capacity and resource requirements for direct and indirect labor to meet production-volume targets and maximize plant utilization.
• Conduct time studies, maintain industrial engineering data, and support related system projects using Lean improvement principles.
• Design production layouts, coordinate tool relocation and re-layout activities, and optimize material flow, process flow, and line balancing.
• Validate automation performance and offline process activities while collaborating with Production, QA, Process, and Automation teams on operational KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and make fact-based decisions.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Professional accountability, sound judgment, and the ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD for engineering design and documentation.
• Practical knowledge of Lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
