What you will do

Optimize, plan, and analyze new machine layouts.
Monitor equipment capacity and identify opportunities to reduce production bottlenecks.
Conduct work and time studies to optimize production processes and equipment.
Analyze productivity issues across functions and recommend continuous process improvements.
Generate periodic production statistics and implement projects to improve factory efficiency.
Supervise, guide, and coordinate industrial engineering technicians.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related discipline.
Three years of relevant experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Analytical knowledge of industrial engineering principles.
Basic computer and spreadsheet skills, including Microsoft Excel.
Basic BRICSCAD knowledge.
Good communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

Knowledge of Six Sigma.
