Senior E2E Product Designer

What you will do

• Own product problems end-to-end, from discovery and problem framing through to shipped experiences.
• Design simple, scalable flows, systems, and interfaces for educators, schools, and internal teams.
• Conduct interviews, observation, data analysis, and product research to understand customer needs.
• Create rapid flows, interactive prototypes, lightweight builds, and live experiments to validate ideas.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers, contributing to implementation and production code where appropriate.
• Mentor designers, share insights, and help evolve the design system and design practice.

Requirements

• Senior-level product design experience across the full product lifecycle.
• Ability to work across service design, system design, interaction design, and interface design.
• Strong user research, synthesis, problem-framing, and validation skills.
• Ability to prototype rapidly and take ideas beyond static designs into working product experiences.
• Comfort collaborating with engineers and product managers, with motivation to contribute directly to implementation.
• Availability for hybrid work in London and full-time employment.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted prototyping or development tools such as Lovable or Claude.
• Technical fluency or experience shaping production code.
• Experience mentoring designers and evolving design systems.
