Location: On-site in Portland, Oregon, United States. Hybrid candidates must travel for on-site work up to 25% of the time, potentially increasing to 50–75% during testing, integration, and deployment. Legal right to work in the United States required; new visa sponsorship is not available. Relocation assistance to Portland may be provided.
Salary: $150,000–$190,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do
- Manage milestone schedules for the Ocean 3 program and communicate status, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate mechanical, electrical, software, systems, and manufacturing teams.
- Develop and maintain program execution documentation and scaling tools.
- Drive change management for Node configurations across R&D and pilot manufacturing.
- Coordinate procurement, suppliers, and fabrication partners to support timely component delivery.
- Coordinate Node integration and deployment operations in the Pacific Northwest.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience supporting product or process development through production, fabrication, or manufacturing.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams against aggressive program timelines.
- Experience coordinating external suppliers and fabrication partners.
- Strong organizational, communication, presentation, and risk-management skills.
- Ability to travel for site visits and partner engagements.
Nice to have
- Hardware product development experience in startup or early-stage environments.
- Understanding of integrated electromechanical systems and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with PLM, MES, ERP, change management, and configuration control systems.
- Hands-on experience with integration workflows or large mechanical systems.
