Supply Chain Program Manager, Fluid Systems

Salary: $145,000–$170,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end procurement program lifecycle for balance-of-plant fluid systems, from requirements definition through production ramp.
• Translate engineering requirements into commercial and sourcing requirements in partnership with fluid systems engineering, strategic sourcing, and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain program plans covering RFQ, supplier selection, development, qualification, and production ramp milestones.
• Align engineering, sourcing, quality, and operations stakeholders to keep programs on schedule and within budget.
• Track programs using project management tools and Arena PLM, identify risks, and escalate issues proactively.
• Support supplier onboarding, qualification, performance reviews, and continuous improvement of supply chain program processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field, with 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stage procurement or engineering programs through production.
• Strong technical acumen and the ability to align technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Experience building and executing structured, trackable program plans.
• Experience with project management tools and Arena PLM or an equivalent product lifecycle management system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong cross-functional communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in clean energy, industrial equipment, automotive, aerospace, or oil and gas.
• Familiarity with balance-of-plant fluid systems in industrial, process, or energy environments.
• Experience with sourcing, supplier development, new product introduction, manufacturing scale-up, or production ramp programs.
