Senior Analyst, Finance

Location: Hybrid role based in New York City, United States, with a minimum of two office days per week at the Hudson Yards office.

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Oversee monthly P&L forecasting and consolidation across more than 10 business units.
• Assess assumptions, risks, and opportunities throughout forecasting and annual budgeting cycles.
• Prepare monthly revenue flashes, variance analyses, financial insights, and leadership presentations.
• Manage overhead cost allocation methodologies and analyze vendor spend, costs, revenue trends, and benefits burden.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Commercial Finance, department leads, Technology, Systems, and Finance leadership to investigate variances and improve reporting.
• Support BI initiatives and identify opportunities to streamline finance processes and increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably with FP&A exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience with EPM systems such as NSPB.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and data warehouses such as Snowflake.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a strong understanding of financial statements and forecasting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, prioritization, and adaptability skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI and automation in finance or accounting.
• Prior FP&A experience.
