Senior Analyst, Finance (FP&A)

Location: Brooklyn, NY, United States. Office-centric work is required, with remote work available on Fridays in accordance with company policy.

Salary: $78,400–$98,000 base salary per year.

What you will do

• Analyze, update, and develop financial models for cost-base management and revenue projections.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports and present financial insights to senior leadership.
• Own budgeting and forecasting processes, including annual and quarterly reviews, department budgets, and actual-versus-budget tracking.
• Partner with business areas on strategic analysis, spending decisions, ROI, profitability, and forecast reliability.
• Analyze competitor performance and market trends and prepare materials for Board of Directors meetings.
• Support special projects involving M&A, financings, and new business initiatives in a fast-paced operating environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Statistics.
• 2–3 years of experience in finance and/or strategic analysis.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and financial model building.
• Entrepreneurial drive, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in investment banking, M&A, FP&A, corporate finance, or consulting.
