Salary: $104,900–$163,000 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do

• Support global and North America pricing approvals, governance, documentation, and control processes.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, Strategy, Product, and IT stakeholders on contract reviews, pricing implementation, fee guide updates, and process alignment.
• Configure and maintain pricing across revenue and billing systems.
• Develop data models for interim manual billing processes and long-term automation initiatives.
• Investigate billing, pricing, and contract inquiries while analyzing financial and operational data for trends, risks, compliance issues, and business opportunities.
• Prepare revenue insights and monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including compliance monitoring and external reporting packages.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of work experience with a bachelor's degree, or an advanced degree.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, business judgment, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work from the Foster City, California office at least 3 days per week.
• Availability for 5–10% business travel.

Nice to have

• At least 5 years of finance or accounting experience.
• Experience with Generative AI or productivity tools for efficiency and recurring-task automation.
• Experience with large datasets, Excel VBA, SQL, Tableau, or similar reporting and visualization tools.
• Payments industry experience.
