Salary: $85,360–$128,040 per year + 25% annual bonus target and RSUs

What you will do

• Maintain and enhance servicing P&L models, including revenue streams, ancillary fees, and corporate allocations.
• Support mortgage servicing rights (MSR) valuation by modeling discount rates, prepayment speeds, and delinquency curves.
• Build dashboards tracking static pool performance, delinquency migration, and collection effectiveness.
• Forecast servicing revenue, default expenses, foreclosure timelines, and REO performance.
• Provide financial performance analysis, risk assessment, and compliance monitoring for servicing portfolios.
• Prepare monthly business review decks, variance analysis, and operational KPIs for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in mortgage FP&A, servicing analytics, or portfolio analysis.
• Deep understanding of MSR economics, delinquency modeling, and servicing cost structures.
• Proficiency with servicing systems (MSP, Sagent, LoanServ) and data tools (SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Master’s degree (MBA or related).
