Audio Visual Project Officer

Location: Full-time onsite at the Mark Center in Alexandria, Virginia, United States; hybrid and remote work are not permitted.

Salary: $119,200–$172,900 USD per year

What you will do

• Develop, revise, and deliver Cyber workforce training materials for employees, managers, and HR practitioners.
• Create and update training modules focused on Cyber workforce development and upskilling.
• Produce video training and audiovisual products that increase awareness of the Department of War Cyber Workforce among candidates and stakeholders.
• Explain Cyber occupational structures, employment and placement processes, compensation, and benefits.
• Prepare executive briefs, point papers, reports, information papers, action memos, fact sheets, and related training materials.

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience developing and producing audiovisual training materials, particularly social media products.
• Experience applying Section 508 compliance requirements to generated products.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with Service- or OSW-level strategy, policy, governance, or resource allocation processes.
