Senior Creative Producer

Location: New York; office work expected 4+ days per week

Salary: $107,000–$161,000 annually for Zone A (NYC); additional Zone B and Zone C ranges may apply based on assigned U.S. pay zone. Eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.

What you will do

• Lead production for high-impact, multi-format, and complex innovation campaigns for hirify.globalchat.
• Manage multiple projects, dependencies, timelines, processes, and internal stakeholders.
• Act as the primary production contact for Sales and Customer Success teams, advertisers, agencies, and vendors.
• Anticipate creative and logistical challenges during asset development and develop proactive solutions.
• Oversee external vendors to ensure delivery against scope, quality, and consistency requirements.
• Mentor Producers and improve project management workflows, production strategy, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management or production experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience in creative, agency, and/or technology environments.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and stakeholders while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Keynote, Google Suite, and project management tools such as Monday.com.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting advertising clients.
• Experience with influencer marketing or talent management agencies.
• Familiarity with augmented reality, video trends, social media, and the creator landscape.
• Experience working in Salesforce.
